Consulting and Career Planning consist of advising the artists in all stages of their career and elaborating a career plan, starting from the point where the artists are currently in, to where they wish to get to. The career plan develops realistic goals and as they are accomplished, new targets are established.
Along with the goals, the artists will receive instructions to be able to accomplish them, as well as professional advice whenever they need. Some of the addressed topics are the music, the artist’s image, management, marketing, how to become interesting to labels, booking agents, and, most importantly, to the fans.
Those instructions are useful so the artists can avoid mistakes that may cause delays or even the end of the artists’ career, as well as unnecessary expenses.
Some of the results our artists’ have obtained were contracts with labels all over the world, tours in over 30 countries and expressive sales numbers.
The service consists of a 6-month plan consisting of:
- Development of a detailed career plan
- Counselling and discussion of goals
- Professional opinion to aid the artists’ decision-making
- Advising regarding the artists’ time and financial investments
- Unlimited question answering about the music industry and the artists’ career via email (emails will be replied to in up to 48 hours)
